We have in-house systems and procedures which have been developed to produce the best possible calling results. These work in addition to the computer related CRM systems.

We have 3 different CRM system offerings:

T Point is the latest web based CRM system.
We will discuss this in more detail during our proposal stage.

Act

Our in-house system provides a solid basic facility which we have used for many successful years and have upgraded to Act10 which has online facilities. You are able to look at the database as well as produce basic reports.

Clients Systems

We are being asked more and more to work on clients in-house systems. We have yet to find a system which we can't work with, especially if it's a web based system.
