Have you already written a project brief or proposal?

If you haven't written a brief or proposal please call us, ideally we would like you to:-

• Tell us about your company
• Tell us what you are looking to achieve
• and then we will tell you about NMS and how we can help you.

From our discussion we will then prepare and send you a draft proposal. This will include:

• Our recommendations
• Call plan options
• Price plans

If necessary we will then arrange a meeting, at your offices or ours, to discuss the proposal and the way forward. We will then finalise the proposal and verbally agree terms. The finals stage is to write a brief and prepare your contract

We will send you:

• Telemarketing brief, this is a working document and will be updated each time a new process or rule is agreed and we will send it for your approval.
• Contract, which we will require you to sign and return to us.

As soon we recieve your signed contract we will:

• Set up your choosen CRM system
• Train the telemarketers

Once your calling starts we will:

• Keep you fully updated
• Email your results daily
• Send you a weekly report
