Our staff are all experienced telemarketers who are able to get to grips quickly with your business and transmit your message effectively to your customers. They develop a pitch skeleton rather than a script as this lets them retain the flexibility needed to maintain spontaneity with your customers. They will talk to them as if they were part of your own company and will leave a strong impression of your company as a professional organisation in the mind of the client

Monday - Set-up Meeting

The key to success on a campaign is to know the client's business well enough to work as part of it rather than as an outside agency. We use the meeting to all get to know each other so that we can work effectively together as part of the client's team.

We brainstorm and plan the campaign jointly to make sure that we can be effective from the first call. We cover the client's company history, existing customers, competive advantages, their position in the market and the objectives of the campaign. We share our experiences from previous work and together we hammer out an approach that will work - that presents a clear proposition to the end customer with an easy to follow call to action.

We agree the sources of leads, how we'll operate and what reporting the client wants. Then it's back to the office to develop the Pitch Skeleton so we can have a flowing conversation in words that mean something to the customer.

Tuesday and Wednesday - work on project A with a training session on Wednesday Lunch time.

Thursday - Work on project B - this could be a list cleaning or research project.

Friday - We work through lunch so we can finish at 4.30 and go off and celebrate.
