Julie Kirrage became part of our team in 2005, bringing with her a wealth of sales experience and knowledge on outsourcing marketing activity. Prior to her appointment at Need More Sales, Julie was a very successful Key Account Manager.

Julie will create, oversee and deliver the telemarketing elements of the campaign. She prides herself on understanding the campaign and ensuring that her staff are fully skilled so the campaign starts successfully.

Julie continually monitors every aspect of each campaign that she manages, to ensure her Account Manager follow the clients strategic objectives at all times. She also ensures that accurate reporting is provided to the client on all activity completed and deals with any questions as they arise.

Gareth Gregg has 10 years experience in the telemarketing and telesales arena, primarily B2B. Prior to his appointment at Need More Sales in 2006, Gareth was a very productive Account Manager at the multinational insurance firm AIG.

Gareth utilizes his experience in telemarketing and telesales to train and coach his colleagues to develop to their full potential and makes sure that they have the skills to maximize effectiveness on any campaign.

His record is exemplary and he has exceeded all expectations when working on campaigns for the following industries:

Gareth's success comes with his ability to quickly build rapport with a prospect and the confidence he exerts based on his research into the marketplace, target audience and unique selling points of the product. Teresa Shepherd joined our team earlier this year and has bought with her a wealth of business management and development experience.

With over 12 years accounts experience, she is also a seasoned HR professional and qualified member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).

Having worked in a wide variety of business and customer related environments; both public and private sector, Teresa draws on her knowledge and expertise to offer us strong motivational, personal development tools and financial and business development planning.

Her particular strengths are motivating others, team working and being able to "think outside the box" in terms of global business development and progression.
